PERSONAL STATEMENT:⌗

Yo, Sam here! I provided an unmatched positivity that motivates myself and everyone around me. In my free time I enjoy long-distance running, cinema, all forms of games, and sharing my time with those around me. I am motivated to work for something greater than myself. My professional goal is to work in an environment that focuses on teamwork and problem solving, and one that produces tangible results. Ideally, I desire a position in research and development at a national laboratory.

BACKGROUND:⌗

Sam is a scientist with a BSA in Physics. He also has project experience in applied mathematics and engineering. Outside of his academics, he is a long-distance runner, enjoyer of cinema, and avid real-time strategy gamer (especially Civ. 6).

SLOOM HISTORY:⌗

Sam joined the podcast in the second season as a guest, but his interest in SLOOM and chemistry with the others lead to his addition to the podcast as “The Intern”. This role transitioned to a role as co-host and production assistant. With his work on The Gallant Pursuit of Samwise, Sam proved his creative abilities and drive to produce good, entertaining content, earning his role as Senior Production Lead for SLOOM.
